3. MoboTek shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss of revenue or profit or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other similar damages.

4. Any programs and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. MoboTek specifically disclaims all express, statutory, or implied warranties relating to these materials.

5. You acknowledge that MoboTek reserves the right to make modifications to the programs and materials without notice, and to revoke the authorization to view, download, and print the programs and materials at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
